I just made the announcement on my dedicated commercial photography site that that part of my practice is coming to an end. I will still, of course, take photographs, but will now concentrate on the kind I want to take. Those will appear on this site. Many such photos are already on here and I will continue to add to them. These are very different from the kind of photos I took as commercial practice. They are not led by the need to meet certain requirements; they are not about beauty – at least, not in most conventional senses. These are part of my fine art practice and are concerned with the uses of space. That is an oversimplification – for more see the photos pages in the galleries on this site.
